Laura has been an avid yoga practitioner since 2008 and a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) holding certifications in Meditation, Yin yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Ayurveda. Specializing in relaxation and stress reduction practices.

Love how calming and easy to follow. I Can close my eyes and just listen to the instructions without having to look at phone. I’m also a beginner at yoga.
